Air iIndia vows to pay 2 million rands to families of passengers who lost their lives during the crash of their Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner.

The CEO of Air India, Campbell Wilson, stated that the airline will offer $114,000 in compensation to the families of each of the 241 passengers who tragically passed away in the recent event.

This includes a couple who lost their lives alongside their children; in these instances, the compensation will go to their relatives.

Additionally, the lone survivor of the incident will also be provided with financial aid to aid in their recovery and future welfare.
